Bullseye (2017-2020)
Bullseye is a Grower Group R&D project, hosted by the Gascoyne Catchments Group, and includes the Gascoyne, Murchison and Goldfields-Nullarbor pastoral regions, and partners along the supply chain.
Events for the Bullseye project were designed to help individuals and businesses get more value from the Western Australian beef value chain.
It will be an opportunity to interact directly with other innovators in the WA beef supply chain, take a good look at your own supply chain partnerships, and help set an agenda for the Bullseye project for the year ahead.

Value chains are all about relationships. It includes building awareness and knowledge, changing attitudes, and creating the environment to get on board.
The 'Getting Value from the Value Chain' forum has been designed in response to feedback from industry leaders as well as the pastoralists and beef industry people attending the Gascoyne Catchments Group forum in November 2017.
Bullseye was funded through DPIRD’s Agribusiness and Innovation fund. The final report is available here.
