Our Organisation

Gascoyne Catchments Group (GCG) is a long established, volunteer group which works across and with four Land Conservation Districts.  Our membership is drawn from pastoral properties that make fall in the Ashburton, Gascoyne-Wooramel, Lyndon, and Upper Gascoyne Land Conservation Districts.

GCG are strong supporters of the pastoral industry and believe sharing knowledge is beneficial for the long-term prosperity of the region. GCG are committed to leading a dynamic and progressive community approach to rangelands management, now and into the future.

GCG recognises that we work in a unique rangeland environment, filled with rugged beauty and are committed to improving this exceptional environment. We are committed to leading a dynamic and progressive community approach to rangeland management, now and into the future.

Our Focus

The Gascoyne Catchments Group is a not-for-profit organisation with three key objectives:

Our Committee

Committee members are drawn from the four Land Conservation Districts that make up our membership.  Our structure aims to, wherever possible, include a fair representation of each of these areas.

We partner with landholders and industry stakeholders in the Gascoyne region, alongside industry experts and government organisations from across Australia.
